Free relaxation exercises

No matter how busy it is, you can always close your eyes and breathe deeply through your belly. It is a simple and very effective way to disconnect from your environment and to come back to yourself and relax.

On this page you will find various relaxation exercises for during pregnancy or postpartum. (in Dutch, sorry..)

A relaxation exercise also works great before you start to massage your baby. A win-win.
